Here’s a saxophonist who has played and recorded with everyone from Horace Tapscott and Elvin Jones to McCoy Tyner and Miles Davis.~ Frank Alkyer\, Downbeat Jazz \nAZAR LAWRENCE: Embarking upon his musical journey as a very young man\, Azar Lawrence honed his craft among musicians who would be remembered as larger than life: Miles Davis\, Elvin Jones\, and John Coltrane to name a few. Lawrence composed\, produced and performed with jazz luminary McCoy Tyner for over five priceless years and for three years with the late great Elvin Jones\, two-thirds of the classic John Coltrane Quartet made an indelible mark on Lawrence’s life and music\, imbuing him with a spirituality that would last a life time. \nWhile still a teenager\, he began playing with legends and\, at just 17\, he played his first professional gigs abroad with Clark Terry and Muddy Waters. By age 21\, Lawrence had worked with War\, Ike & Tina Turner\, and Charles Watts 103rd St Band. Lawrence would follow that playing for almost the next decade with two Coltrane alumni\, drummer Elvin Jones and pianist McCoy Tyner. Taib is also a percussionist on Dumbek\, as well as an electronic music producer.  “The Moroccan Machine” \n \nHeather Christie is an incredible vocalist\, \, keyboard player and producer.  From sultry pop to blues to soul\,  Heather runs her own record label Moonbabe\, and can be found at Festivals and ecstatic dances. \n \nJoss Jaffe.  A well known percussionist\, guitar and bassiust\, singer and ngoni player (hunters harp).  Joss can be found supporting many a Kirtan group or doing his own shows.

Well-versed in a diverse array of genres such as Experimental\, Jazz\, Rock and North African music\,  she has performs internationally. She has been sponsored by Wood violins and her Album ‘Fabulous’ was sponsored by Samsung\, Tunisia. \nYasmine Azaiez has been elected one of the 100 future leaders of Tunisia. She was also a finalist of nine violinists in the Global youth competition representing Africa and the Middle East and won second prize in the Young Musician of the Year Sevenoaks  at the age of seventeen. \nYasmine Azaiez created the ‘Yasmine Azaiez Violin Competition\,’ sponsored by the British Council\, which aims to aid Tunisian Violinists in getting exposure and monetary prizes. The second edition is set for 2023. As an actress\, she has appeared in several TV Series and Movies in Tunisia.  In her other interests\, Yasmine and her mother run an Animal Rescue in Tunisia\, ‘The Yasmine Azaiez Animal rescue’ which works to find homes for abused\, homeless and sick animals.  \nALAN ABI \nLebanese singer-songwriter\, guitarist\, drummer\, and producer. Growing up in Lebanon\, I was surrounded by a diverse music scene that allowed me to experience different genres\, from Rock and Blues to Jazz\, World and Electronica. \nFor the past two years\, he has been collaborating with other artists\, producing music\, and scoring movies. This has allowed him to develop my craft further and explore new sounds and styles. He is excited to announce that he is preparing for the release of my EP in 2023\, as well as several other releases for himself and artists that he has produced\, which are scheduled for this year. \nIn late 2022\, he teamed up with his long-time friend and songwriter\, Paola Ibrahim\, also known as Pól\, on the feel-good indie pop single “Reasons.”
