Shimshai has been sharing his unique brand of heartfelt folk and reggae music with the world for more than 20 years and his songs have become anthems and anchors for many on the spiritual path. Shimshai has traveled the world and beyond in search for the expression of truth through music in both original compositions and traditional adaptations. His ever growing collection of recorded music has something for everyone on the path, from sweet and simple acoustic melodies to upbeat infusions with his live band. Known for singing in several languages, Shimshai’s catalog ranges from ceremonial medicine music with his wife Susana, ancient Sanskrit and Hebrew prayers, to modern folk and reggae of his own direct inspiration~

Originally from Seattle Washington, Shimshai currently resides between Northern California & Oregon with his wife and family where he continues to perform, record and host retreat events throughout the year.
