CRISTÓBAL OSORIO, Musician, Singer and Composer

Cristóbal Osorio, born in Barcelona, spent his infancy and childhood in the South of Spain (Andalucia), Sevilla, Jerez de Frontera and Cadiz, the cities that encompass his family origins and where there was always in the air the gypsy sounds (song and rhythms) of flamenco at every moment.

Throughout his life and career he continues to learn and be engulfed in the song and rhythms of this very unique art form and continues a close and solid relationship with outstanding flamenco artists from the south of Spain: Sordera Family, Los Zambos, Fernando de la Morena, the late Moraito Chico, Niño Jero, Los Vargas, Capullo de Jerez, and the late Juan Moneo ´El Torta´ as well as many others.

He has performed throughout Spain and internationally with artists such as: Fernando de la Morena, Capullo de Jerez, El Torta, Pepe de Joaquina, Manuel ´Bo´Sordera, Manuel Jero , Juan Diego Mateos, Antonio Higuero, Concha Vargas, Martin Chico, Juan Habichuela and Ramon Soler. Sold-out performances in tablaos: Los Tarantos, El Carmen, El Cordobes, Jazzsi Club in Barcelona, as well as Casa Patas, Madrid, Los Gallos , Sevilla. Tarantos , Le Chien Andalou ,Granada and Malaga.
