Rhythmic Sound Journeys weave elements of ceremony, meditation, aural, and energetic healing modalities with world percussion, ambient etheric sounds, gong and the rare sonic stone to invite the attendee into a space of inner stillness. They experience improvisation as a spiritual practice that can link cosmic expression with individual healing. For this journey one is welcome to lie down, sit in meditation, dance or just observe.

Masood Ali Khan is one of the pioneers of singing mantras with the hand pan. A musician of prayer and believer in love for the earth and humanity. Masood has a unique musical performance as prayer, holding a ceremonial space with ‘Music as Medicine’ for a meditative uplifting experience with his mesmerizing combination of the hand pans and sacred mantras, infused with the power of the heart and mind’s healing potential to help humanity.

Radhika has performed worldwide as a live artist and studio vocalist for various artists ranging from Prince to Nitin Sawnhey. She is the winner of the Global Peace Song awards 2018, the first mantra artist to perform at SXSW 2022 and has collaborated with world renowned artist Jeff Koons. With a devotional path to Veda, her music is a powerful ode to her Indian roots, philosophy and features ancient Sanskrit mantras that are enhanced by striking sound textures from lands touched by her ancestry, laced with a contemporary feel. Michael sings with sweet, celestial, heart-felt yearning. His songs are traditional Sanskrit mantras set to his original music, weaving an enchanting soundscape of hypnotic harmonics, joyful celebration, and fierce intensity. His unique melodies (often channeled in dreams) reveal a blend of musical influences including jazz, soul, folk, psychedelic rock, church hymns, Western classical, and Indian classical – creating an innovative fusion that honors the tradition while expressing a deeply personal offering. He can be found leading kirtan at yoga studios, festivals, conscious gatherings, and singing with his harmonium for yoga classes in the Los Angeles area.

Arjun Bruggeman, world percussionist, drummer, composer and session recording artist, is highly acclaimed for his unique hybrid of East-meets-West rhythms. He brings two decades of experience as a practitioner of Eastern and Western spiritual practices to his playing, along with 16 years’ touring as a tabla player with Krishna Das. He’s collaborated with artists including David Darling, Belinda Carlisle, Robert Bly, Snatam Kaur, Jason Mraz, Mark Egan, Jerry Marotta and “John Densmore and Robby Krieger” of The Doors. He’s currently at work on an album with John Densmore.

Amber is an alchemist at heart. Her sounds are generated by Earthly elements of stone, crystal, water, and metal to create the songs of our universe. Playing her incredibly rare sonic stone, you’ll experience the singing of our Earths bones. Her approach to gongs is to caress them into singing cosmic whale songs.
