Mama India invites you to explore ancient Indian guided voice sessions & a highly meditative sound yoga experience known as Naad ("Nāda").
Naad yoga (नादयोग) is an ancient Indian metaphysical system to achieve Nirvana. It is equally a revolutionary voice culture, a philosophical system, a medicine, and a form of yoga. It is an intensive work with human sound to create healing vibrations inside the body.
This course includes practicing different Ragas with ‘Dhrupad’ (the most ancient Indian classical music) technology and other sound yoga practices, Vedic Chants and Prana (breath) exercises.

Mama India is on a mission to Heal People with the 3000+ years old musical art form `Dhrupad`. Playing the ancient Indian instrument, Tanpura, she creates a powerful wave drone. Mama India's singing of ancient healing hymns and chants evokes the listeners into meditation, into which they are immersed in the waves of Sound frequencies.
